Time for a new post.

I srvuved the storms. My wife tells me that it picked up our trampoline up in fredericksburg. Not sure it is damaged or not. She was going to take a picture of it.

Bargains!

If you read Dad's posts from their trip to Yuma, you'll notice the 2 trips to Kohls. Well, today they met me there to share the joy. Clearance was an additional 25% off, and then if you used your Kohls card with coupon, you got another 30% off everything. I had fun. My biggest deal was my coat. Regularly $140, marked down to $42, 25% off is $30, the 30% more made it $22. What made it all the better was that Mom just walked around with my kids so I actually got to shop! Thanks, Mom and Dad.
It's funny. I used to think that everyone craved a good deal, but then I got married and realized that not everyone gets all excited about clearance. I think it's a good value that our mother instilled in us. Even Todd yesterday was thrilled with his bag of candy he got for 25 cents, and Cindy shopping the day after V-day for candy. I just love it! We are all from the same mold (umm, is that right, or is that the kind of mold growing in my carpet?). Jeramy is coming around though. He still doesn't get the 'day after' candy thing. Why on earth would I buy candy when I don't need it, but he was excited when I called to tell him what HE got today. :)
Anyway, I'm just a little excited and thought I would share it with people who love a good deal! (Notice this post didn't go on my blog - some people I know think that clearance is a terrible way to shop).
